Bad News: Life can feel stressful, overwhelming and chaotic.
Good News: We all feel this way!
When things become too much, it’s easy to allow anxiety and fear to take control of our minds and lives. Meditation and mindfulness practices have been proven to ease stress and promote more productive thinking. Join renowned speakers Barb Schmidt and Michelle Maros for a virtual lecture on Thursday, May 14th at 4pm that will help us to understand the roots of our anxiety, cultivate practices to manage our stress, and find a sense of inner joy, even in difficult times.

The Junior League of Boca Raton’s Diaper Bank is working closely with our 22 partner agencies who are on the front lines, getting much-needed essentials and supplies to families in need. Donations from our community and our members enabled us to distribute approximately 100,000 diapers in the month of April. This is a 100% increase from a typical distribution. JLBR needs your help to continue to meet this unprecedented surge in diaper demand! Your generous donation will go towards purchasing, transporting, and distributing diapers to the children and families whose lives are impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.
